FALL 2009 IMPORTANT DATES
All fees for the Fall 2009 Semester must be paid by AUGUST 20, 2009 for Early Registration and AUGUST 28, 2009 for Late Registration.
If balance is NOT paid by AUGUST 28TH AT 4:30 PM, your class schedule will be CANCELED.
Late Registration begins on August 21, 2009. All payments made on this date and beyond will be assessed a $50 Late Registration Fee.
Saturday Classes Begin: August 22, 2009
Regular Classes Begin: August 24, 2009
Final Date to ADD Classes: August 28, 2009
University Closed
Labor Day - September 7, 2009
Thanksgiving - November 26 - 29 2009
Final Date to receive a 100% refund (less any non-refundable fees) for dropped classes or schedule adjustments is August 28, 2009
After August 28th, there are NO REFUNDS FOR DROPPED CLASSES. You must drop all classes and resign (withdraw from the university) in order to receive a refund for any dropped class.
If you drop all classes and resign (withdraw from the university) between AUGUST 22ND THROUGH AUGUST 28TH, a $50 Administration Fee will be assessed to your student account.
Final Date to drop course(s) or resign & NOT have course(s) recorded is September 11, 2009
Final Date to resign (withdraw from ALL classes) and receive
a 50% refund (less any non-refundable fees) is September 21, 2009
*Extended Payment Plan Option final payment deadline is October 1, 2009*
Final Date to resign (withdraw from ALL classes) and receive a 25% refund (less any non-refundable fees) is October 5, 2009
Final Date to drop course(s) or resign from the University and get a (W) for course(s) is November 9, 2009
